Dubai Chocolate Hot Cocoa

Step-by-step instructions
Warm the milk
Heat milk in a small saucepan over low-medium heat until steaming — do not boil.
Add chocolate
Add chopped chocolate to the hot milk and whisk until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in pistachio
Whisk in pistachio cream and cocoa powder. Sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Continue warming gently for 2 minutes.
Froth (optional)
Use a milk frother or immersion blender to create a slight foam for a café-style finish.
Pour and top
Pour into two warmed mugs. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Finish and serve
Drizzle pistachio cream over the cream and sprinkle with crumbled toasted kataifi. Serve immediately.
