White Chocolate Dubai Bar

Step-by-step instructions
Melt white chocolate carefully
Place white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water. Stir frequently and remove from heat once melted — white chocolate is sensitive to heat.
Prepare kataifi filling
Toast kataifi in butter until golden. Mix with pistachio cream and optional rose water. The rose water adds a subtle Middle Eastern floral note that pairs beautifully.
Create the shell
Pour white chocolate into bar molds to coat the base and sides. Refrigerate 5–8 minutes until firm.
Add filling
Spoon the pistachio-kataifi mixture into each shell, pressing gently to fill evenly.
Seal and decorate
Pour remaining white chocolate over the filling to seal. While still wet, sprinkle crushed pistachios along the top for visual impact.
Set and serve
Chill for 1–2 hours. Unmold and serve on a slate board for an elegant presentation.
💡 Dubai Bar tip: White chocolate scorches easily — melt it gently at low heat, never above 45°C. Stir constantly and remove from the bain-marie as soon as it melts.
